I wanted to send you a warm thank you for all of your assistance... I've been in contact with 5 different lenders & none gave me sound advise.  Trhee were rude & wouldn't work with me.  I can't tell you how refreshing it is to work with someone who cares enough to match my efforts. 

I know how stressful your job is !!  Thank You for making me feel like everything is under control- ( for once - HA !)
